broken treadmill slow service
Honestly, the state of the gym was a real letdown. some equipment was out of order. I saw a broken treadmill and a weight machine with frayed cables. it felt unsafe. also, the breakfast buffet became crowded around 9 am, and the staff seemed overwhelmed, resulting in long queues and slow service. it just wasn't the relaxing start to the day i'd hoped for.

Wonderful Stay at Beachside Hotel

I had a seafront room. It was very private. The views overlooking the sea were lovely. I appreciated the numbered sunbeds very much. It was less stressful than finding beds each day.
The gym had only one set of hand weights. It was a minor inconvenience. I wish there were more options available for a complete workout.

Breakfast included many options. There were fresh fruits and hot dishes available. The Panalai Restaurant offered great service and attentive staff such as Ritthichai, Doungjai, Bow and Benz, they were all so kind.

broken equipment daily noise
The gym was a joke. Half the equipment was out of order. structural work occurred daily. The noise began early each morning and continued most of the day. it was disruptive. the shop was always closed which meant i had to go offsite for basic necessities. this was inconvenient as i wanted to relax at the hotel and not have to worry about finding a shop.

gorgeous beach nearby restaurants convenient location
i stayed for a few nights and found the location excellent. the hotel is right on a beautiful beach, and i enjoyed walking to nana's beach bar for lunch each day. i appreciated the convenience of having many bars and restaurants nearby. a short taxi ride offered even more dining options.
i noticed the gym equipment was a bit outdated, perhaps needing some upgrades.

The location offered a chilled time. The staff arranged tuk-tuks for easy trips to local attractions. the room was spacious and the staff restocked the water daily! regular cleaning kept everything fresh. The quiet atmosphere enhanced relaxation though off-season may explain that. attentive staff members were both helpful and polite.
the lack of readily available black tea, with only green tea offered, felt restrictive! as someone who doesn't care for green tea, i found this limiting.

tranquil stay with beach access
spacious rooms daily service quiet location decent pool
i found the rooms were well kept daily and very spacious. the safe worked properly, and they supplied two bottles of water daily. i was in the main building right on the beach, and it was indeed quiet. the pool looked to be of a decent size. i appreciated having a kettle in the room.
the bar and restaurant felt a little overpriced compared to the many choices just outside the hotel.

the hotel had two pools available, both offering a clean and refreshing environment. the fitness center included three treadmills and two stationary bikes, supporting workout routines. a business center provided computers and printers needing to work.
